Did you know we do reloading?
We’re not talking about car batteries or vacationers recharging.
💥 We reload RAILS 💥
Wear-resistant, anti-squeal — our expertise and equipment enable you to install rails suitable for urban tracks, for example.
Rail work is at the very heart of RESolutions Mécanique Ferroviaire’s activity in Carnières.
Bending and reloading of grooved rails for trams, or stainless steel reloading of vignole rails for networks or level crossings (ITE) — we can do it (and our colleagues are really good at it 😊).
Our sales team will be happy to help. No video here — we don’t want to reveal too many of our secrets 😎

Speaking of this post, Antoine Descamps and I hesitated to say that this skewed crossing was installed “with a shoehorn.”
And we were right NOT to say it: it was the complete opposite — it was installed as smoothly as it possibly could be 💥🔥🤗
It arrived in Marseille a few days ago, ordered by our client Sferis at the end of April 🙏.
As fast as lightning (we’re in Marseille, a little exaggeration is allowed 😉).
Our client is happy. And so are we.

Naturally, they’ve been carefully inspected by David, Gaël, Bohdan, or Fabien on our usual sites.
And of course, it’s our amazing team — Anne BENOIT, PROFILI ANTHONY, Antoine Descamps — who can assist you. 💚

🙏 A huge thank you to our client Offroy/TSO/NGE, via #AntoineLechantre, for this great project on behalf of Ports de Normandie.

We love this kind of project at RESolutions Mécanique Ferroviaire — and here’s why:
🧨 A rare, tailor-made project! Truly exceptional: a 4-rail right-angle skew crossing — the only one of its kind in France.
🤜 Our design office (Alex and Gaël) worked on it, and the workshop brought it to life (our colleagues in Carnières are proud of it!).
🤩 #Offroy/TSO/NGE installed it at the port of Cherbourg (#portsdenormandie) — we love knowing it’s used for special applications: trains run one way, and multi-thousand-ton boat carriers cross the other!

Only 2 months passed between request and delivery.
🤜 🤜 Don’t hesitate: we know how to do it — and we love doing it 😉 ❤️‍🔥

And that makes two! Two of the group’s sites are now equipped with solar panels to produce and consume more sustainably . At Rail Europe Solutions Mechanical Railway, we now have 590 panels installed, which will cover approximately 90% of our annual consumption. This reduces our reliance on fossil fuels, lowering our greenhouse gas emissions . QED
