This facility will enable the group to better meet the needs\nof its customers.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The technical storage facility, which includes a <strong>1,800m\u00b2 warehouse<\/strong> and a <strong>10,000m\u00b2<\/strong> outdoor logistics area, is fully OHSAS 18001 certified, and will enable Rail Europe Solutions to implement a comprehensive QSE (Quality, Safety and Environment) strategy for managing its products.<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1202\" height=\"490\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rail-europe-solutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/nouveau-batiment-stockage-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rail-europe-solutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/nouveau-batiment-stockage-2.jpg 1202w, https:\/\/www.rail-europe-solutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/nouveau-batiment-stockage-2-300x122.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.rail-europe-solutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/nouveau-batiment-stockage-2-1024x417.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.rail-europe-solutions.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/nouveau-batiment-stockage-2-768x313.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1202px) 100vw, 1202px\" \/><figcaption>The new storage building<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The best storage conditions<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This substantial work now makes it possible to store all of the group&#8217;s rail equipment menu references on its under-rail timber production site. These optimum conditions allow:<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group p-5\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Flow optimization:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This centralised and secure warehouse has enabled Rail Europe Solutions to reduce transport and order processing times, thereby enabling the group to better meet the needs of its customers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. A FIFO approach<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0This new facility is managed on a &#8220;First In First Out&#8221; basis, with our millions of parts rigorously organised and classified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the future installation of hand-held scanners, bar codes and stock management software for all of our 580 referenced products (sleeper screws, rail nuts, bearing plates, fishplates, nuts and bolts, etc.), we will be able to carry out an instant stock count and monitor order processing in real time.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
